For clients who want to engage more deeply in long-term and professional alignment. This container integrates Gene Keys work and deeper contemplative processes. This level is best suited for clients who are ready to look at their lives and leadership more intentionally, and who want a more immersive, reflective process alongside real-world decision-making support.
Methodology
Aniccoaching integrates strategic coaching with advanced self-awareness frameworks.
Every engagement begins with a focused intake to understand your current landscape, what you’re navigating, and what is ready to evolve.
We typically begin with Human Design—a system that maps your unique energetic blueprint. It becomes the foundation for how we approach your work, your leadership, and your next moves.
Application and Tools
From there, we move into practical application We refine direction, simplify complexity, and focus on what is most aligned.
As needed, we incorporate additional modalities, including:
- Tarot
- Reiki
- Meditation
- Somatic awareness practices
These are used selectively, as tools to support clarity and alignment.
Deeper Work
For clients who want to go further, we incorporate the Gene Keys.
This work adds a deeper layer of reflection and insight, expanding your understanding of purpose, patterns, and long-term direction.

At Aniccoaching, we celebrate the Buddhist concept of anicca, the understanding that everything in the world is impermanent. People, circumstances, and situations are always in flux.

Nicolle has more than 20 years of experience as a financial advisor spending half of that time helping to build early stage startups. She bridges her deep understanding of complex decision-making, risk, and long-term strategy with esoteric tools to build deep insight and self-awareness.
